Cala Xarraca, IBIZA
Cala Xarraca is in the north of Ibiza, a 40 minute drive from Ibiza Town, 15 minute drive from San Antonio and 5 minute drive from Portinatx.
This beautiful bay, which is frequented by locals, is in an isolated spot and has wonderful views. It is surrounded by pine trees and rugged red cliffs with some houses dotted on the hillside, and is popular with photographers.

ANCHORING / SEABED
The seabed at Cala Xarraca is sand. There are several positions to anchor but care should be taken to avoid rocks in this bay.
MOORING BUOYS
There are no mooring buoys available at Cala Xarraca.
DINGHY ACCESS
Its possible to approach the beach by dinghy.
BEACHES
There is a main beach which leads into beautiful crystal clear turquoise water and this is where the facilities of the bay are found. On either side is a smaller beach, both of which are used by nudists. One of these small beaches is a natural mud bath. The other is popular for cliff jumping and ropes have been fitted to help you to get back out of the water. Access to this beach is via a short but steep dirt track.
Sun beds, parasols, showers, toilets are available at the main beach at Cala Xarraca.

There is one restaurant at Cala Xarraca serving a wide variety of food and drink.
SHOPPING
There are no shops at Cala Xarraca.

Pedalos, snorkelling, photography, relax in the peace and quiet of the location.
ROAD ACCESS
Cala Xarraca is only accessible by car. There is limited parking so it’s best to arrive early.
